As Commercial & Operations Director at Racon, Richard brings strategic leadership and commercial acumen to the construction sector, with expertise in project delivery optimisation and risk management.
His background as a Senior Business Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton equipped him with extensive experience in steering large-scale infrastructure projects and implementing robust operational frameworks. During his tenure as Chief People Officer at Global Offshore Law firm, Harneys, Richard developed and executed strategies that significantly enhanced operational efficiency and project delivery capabilities—skills that transfer seamlessly to construction operations.
Richard also serves as CEO of Richard Reid Enterprises (IOM) Limited, where he specialises in organisational resilience and workforce wellbeing programmes. His unique combination of commercial insight and people-focused leadership enables him to drive successful project outcomes while maintaining the highest safety standards and team performance in the construction industry.
